You must go to your customer area to inform us that a legal proceeding is underway and specify which Seals you wish to use for this action.
You will have additional information to complete, then we will issue you the certificates intended to be produced in court. You will need to send the certificates and seal certificates to your lawyer, who can contact us for more information on the technological and security aspects which guarantee the total reliability of the Seals produced. On the honor certificates that will be given to you, your lawyer will have all the information to contact us; but only your lawyer or an expert court may have access to this information.

We will provide you with an explanatory document on the functioning of DIGIPROOF, intended for the opposing party and to the magistrates in charge of the case.
